Google has expanded Android's earthquake warning system to Samsung's Wear OS Galaxy Watch. The alert will vibrate or tap your wrist before an earthquake occurs.
As written on the Gizchina page, Saturday (14/6), the Android earthquake warning system, which was first launched in 2020, will likely be available on popular Samsung Galaxy Watch models such as the Galaxy Watch 7, Watch 6 and Watch 5.
The way this early warning system works is that it will show the estimated magnitude of the earthquake and the Galaxy Watch user's distance from the epicenter, giving the user time to move to a safer place.
