The Executive Board of the Indonesian Fencing Association (PB Ikasi) stated that the 2025 Asian Fencing Championship in Bali can strengthen international relations between nations amid the increasing global crisis.
"Through this championship, we are not only growing achievements but building stronger international relations," said PB Ikasi General Chairman Amir Yanto on the sidelines of the opening of the 2025 Asian Fencing Championship in Nusa Dua, Badung Regency, Bali, Tuesday night.
In his speech, he assessed that sports can be a bridge between nations so that fencing is not only about technique and strategy but also concerns ethics and honor.
