The Ministry of Communication and Digital is collaborating with the National Standardization Agency (BSN) to accelerate the government's target of transferring the function of testing telecommunications devices from abroad to domestic laboratories.
"This cooperation is a real step. This synergy is expected to be able to increase the main national trust and also from the international community towards our test results," said Minister of Communication and Digital (Menkomdigi) Meutya Hafid at the Depok Telecommunications Device Testing Center (BBPPT), West Java on Wednesday.
Through this synergy, the Directorate General of Digital Infrastructure of the Ministry of Communication and Digital is trying to simplify the accreditation process and determination of Domestic Testing Centers (BUDN) for telecommunications tools and devices.
