Clinical Psychologist at Wangaya Regional General Hospital (RSUD) Denpasar City, Bali, Nena Mawar Sari reminded that oversharing on social media can harm others.
When contacted Nena explained that oversharing on social media is related to the need to get validation from other people.
"There are several things that make someone feel the need for validation that he is considered a caring person and is considered a person who can provide information quickly," he said.
