Persib officially ended its collaboration with defensive midfielder Rachmat Irianto after three seasons together and winning Liga 1 twice.
"During his three years with Persib, Rian has always been an important part of this team, including when they won back-to-back champions in Liga 1 2023/24 and 2024/25," said Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat Adhitia Putra Herawan in Bandung, Thursday.
The 25-year-old player has defended Persib since the 2022/2023 season and has been an important part of the team's success in winning Liga 1 twice in a row.
Rian joined Persib during the era of coach Robert Alberts and remained a mainstay of the team under coaches Luis Milla and Bojan Hodak.
