Persib recruited Brazilian midfielder Rosembergne "Berguinho" da Silva to strengthen the Bandung team's midfield which is also part of coach Bojan Hodak's strategy after Tyronne del Pino and Ciro Alves left the club.

Now is the time to build a new story together and make achievements for Bandung and Bobotoh," said Deputy CEO of PT Persib Bandung Bermartabat, Adhitia Putra Herawan in a statement in Bandung.
The 28-year-old signed a two-year contract and will join the team on July 1, 2025.
Berguinho was a mainstay for Borneo FC during last season. He appeared in 31 matches out of a total of 34 matches, to score four goals and two assists.
