The Premier League operator has warned fans that next season's match schedule could change at short notice due to the large number of clubs playing in European competitions.
A total of nine top English clubs will feature in UEFA competitions in the 2025-26 season, the most participation by any English club in history.
"While the Premier League is celebrating this success, there will still be an impact on the scheduling of league matches," said a statement quoted from the official website of the Premier League operator, Wednesday.
“There is a greater likelihood that Premier League fixtures could change at short notice following the initial announcement, particularly if our clubs progress to the knockout stages of the competition.”
Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City, Chelsea, Newcastle and Tottenham will play in the Champions League next season.
Meanwhile, Aston Villa and Crystal Palace will feature in the Europa League, and Nottingham Forest qualified for the Conference League.
The warning comes after the Premier League released its fixture list for the 2025-26 season on Wednesday.
Defending champions Liverpool host Bournemouth in their opening game on Saturday (16/8) early morning WIB, while Manchester United host Arsenal in the main match of the opening weekend at Old Trafford.
