PSSI General Chairman Erick Thohir is targeting the Indonesian national football team to win when they face the Chinese national team in the 2026 World Cup qualifying match for the Asian Zone Group C at SUGBK.
Erick Thohir continued that to make this happen, the Garuda team underwent a training camp (TC) first in Bali.
"Yes, tomorrow we have to win if we want to enter the 3rd and 4th rankings to go to the playoffs ," said Erick Thohir answering journalists' questions when met at the Indonesian Presidential Palace.
Erick is optimistic that the Indonesian national football team can perform at its best, especially when meeting teams that are considered strong, such as the Chinese national team.
"Like our situation against Australia at that time, we lost, and against Bahrain, we bounced back . We won 1-0," said Erick Thohir.
