Indonesian team RRQ Valorant will compete with 15 teams in the 2025 Esports World Cup (EWC) which will take place on July 8-13 at Riyadh City Boulevard, Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
RRQ Valorant, who won the VCT 2025 Pacific Stage 1 in the middle of last month, will compete with the best teams from four major regions, namely America, Europe, Pacific, and China, including competing with well-known teams such as G2 Esports, Sentinels, and EDward Gaming.
They have passed various qualification paths to become the first Valorant world champions in the EWC which offers a total prize of 1.25 million US dollars.
RRQ Valorant is strengthened by Indonesian talents David Monangin (xffero), Cahya Nugraha (monkey), and Bryan Setiawan (Kushy). The team, which was formed in 2022, also has Russian player Jemkin.
