AC Milan defender Theo Hernandez is reportedly one step away from completing his move to Saudi Arabian club Al-Hilal.
Al-Hilal recently held a direct meeting with Theo Hernandez.
"Al-Hilal are confident of persuading Theo Hernandez to join the club after positive talks in the last 24 hours, Romano wrote on his X account.
This summer, Theo has indeed decided to leave AC Milan. The player feels that his journey with the Rossoneri is enough and he wants to find a new challenge.
Early last month, it was reported that Theo would join Al-Hilal. However, the transfer process was hampered because the defender was reportedly not fully convinced about moving to Saudi Arabia.
However, the 27-year-old Frenchman has had a change of heart and is said to be close to joining Al-Hilal.
Al-Hilal will soon meet with AC Milan to discuss the transfer fee for the defender. The Saudi Arabian club is also finalizing Theo's contract so that the transfer can be completed soon.
