Police issued tickets to 14,733 traffic violators in various regions in Central Java during the first week of Operation Patuh Candi 2025. Artanto, in Semarang on Sunday, said that of the number of serious violations, 13,245 drivers were given manual tickets. "1,488 violations were caught through electronic tickets," he said. Officers, he continued, also issued warnings to 12,580 drivers who committed minor violations. He said that motorcyclists dominated the violations issued tickets. "The most common violations were not wearing helmets while driving, using noisy exhausts, and violating traffic lights," he said.
