BK8 Gresini Racing MotoGP rider Alex Marquez is aiming for additional important points in the main race of the 2025 German MotoGP at the Sachsenring Circuit on Sunday, after finishing in eighth place in the Sprint Race the day before.
This performance marked Alex's return to the track after recovering from injuries sustained in a crash in the previous round. Fully supported by Federal Oil, the Spanish rider continued his solid performance and currently holds second place in the standings with 241 points.
"This race was certainly challenging, but we accomplished an important mission by still bringing home points. Overall, my hand is in good condition, I was agile while riding, and now we're just thinking about rest, because the main race will be a very different story," said Alex in an official team statement.
