Dewa United Banten head coach Pablo Favarel said his team demonstrated their true best form when they defeated Rans Simba Bogor 100–69 in the first game of the 2025 IBL semifinals.
"This is our identity. We are a team that tries to push the tempo, play at a high tempo," said Favarel regarding Dewa United becoming the first team to score 100 points in the 2025 IBL Playoffs, when they won against Rans at the IPB Vocational School Gymnasium in Bogor.
By scoring 100 points, Dewa United became the first team to reach triple digits in the IBL Playoff phase this season.
