Indonesian men's doubles pair Fajar Alfian/Muhammad Shohibul Fikri said they would give their all in the final match of the 2025 China Open at the Olympic Sports Center, Changzhou, China, when they face Malaysian pair Aaron Chia/Wooi Yok Soh.
"Tomorrow we'll face Aaron/Soh in the final. They've had an incredible year. It won't be easy, but we'll give it our all," Fajar said, as quoted by PBSI.
Despite only being paired together in the 2025 Japan Open tournament, Fajar admitted that he has increasingly developed chemistry with Fikri, who was able to put on a very solid performance in the semifinals.
"Here, I acknowledge Fikri's significant role, so I'll just give you a few point-by-point reminders. Fikri's cover is truly extraordinary, front and back," Fajar said.
