Helldivers 2 , a shooter game developed by Arrowhead Game Studios, will be available on Xbox starting August 26, 2025.
"We know players have been asking for this for a long time, and we're incredibly excited to bring more Helldivers to our game," said Helldivers 2 Game Director Mikael Eriksson in the Xbox launch announcement.
"We have a lot more in store for the months and years to come, and the more players we have, the more stories we can tell!" he was quoted as saying in Engadget's Friday publication.
Helldivers 2 is one of the few Sony Interactive games to come to the Xbox system, which includes the MLB: The Show series .
Pre-orders for the digital versions of Helldivers 2 standard edition and Super Citizen Edition are now open. However, there is no announcement regarding plans for a physical version of the game.
