National Police Chief General Listyo Sigit Prabowo ordered his staff to develop digital-based services Super Apps Precision and Command Center in smart cities for people in the regions.
This must be done by the staff in order to implement the concept of digital technology-based services.
"To realize services that are oriented towards the needs of the community, the National Police are carrying out a digital-based service transformation through the Super Apps Precision," said Listyo while giving a speech at the 79th Bhayangkara Anniversary event at Monas, Central Jakarta, Tuesday.

The Polri service program, continued Listyo, is also being expanded by placing service bases at the regional level that overlap with the development of smart cities in various regions.
The basis of the service is a Command Center that is integrated through collaboration with local governments for the development of smart cities .
According to Listyo, the number of Super Apps Polri Presisi users also experienced a significant increase / around 126 percent by the end of 2014 or from 2,170,033 people in 2023 to 4,907,207 users during 2024.
"The number of users of the Polri Precision Super Apps has increased significantly," he said.
The former Head of Criminal Investigation Unit also emphasized that digital transformation is the Police's commitment to ensure fast, modern, and transparent public services according to the needs of the community in the digital era.
