Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto is said to have given a bonus to the Commander of the Ceremony, Inspector General of Police Dadang Hartanto, who successfully led the 79th Bhayangkara Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony at the National Monument Field.
Deputy Speaker of the Indonesian House of Representatives Sufmi Dasco Ahmad said that the President usually gives bonuses as a sign of appreciation for ceremonies that run smoothly, orderly and disciplined.
"The President was satisfied with the results of the ceremony and that is usually the case. In every ceremony, the President is satisfied, the ceremony leader is asked to come and is given a bonus," said Dasco while giving a press statement at Halim Perdanakusuma Airfield.
In the 79th Bhayangkara Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony, President Prabowo expressed his appreciation and praise to Inspector General Dadang as the Commander of the Ceremony.
When Inspector General Dadang delivered the report that the ceremony had been completed, President Prabowo expressed his gratitude and asked that the appreciation be conveyed to all participants in the ceremony.
"Thank you, Commander of the Ceremony, convey to all participants of the ceremony, my appreciation, the ceremony was carried out with enthusiasm, orderly, disciplined," said the President.
Inspector General Dadang answered, "Yes, thank you, Mr. President," he said.
President Prabowo then asked Inspector General Dadang to meet him after the ceremony was over.
"Return to the place. After the ceremony, come to see me," said Prabowo.
