Secretary of the Indonesian Solidarity Party Congress Steering Committee, Beny Papa, announced that 187,306 people have been registered on the Permanent Voter List for the PSI General Election.
"We have verified this data as of 12:00 a.m. Western Indonesian. So, there are 187,306 PSI members eligible to vote for their general chairman in the general election," Beny said in a statement.
Beny revealed that the PSI DPP Data Center team had been conducting verification since last May by sending WhatsApp messages.
"During the process, not all messages were successfully delivered. Some were due to the number being inactive or other reasons. Some also stated they were no longer members," he said.
Furthermore, from July 12 to July 18, 2025, these 187,306 members will use their voting rights to elect the General Chairperson Candidate by visiting the website vote.psi.id.
"The voting process is also very simple, so all members can exercise their rights effectively. We urge all verified members to exercise their right to vote before the deadline of July 18th at 12:00 a.m. WIB," said Beny.
