The Depok City Government provides training for the administrators of the Merah Putih Subdistrict Cooperative.

The Depok City Government in West Java is focusing on improving the capacity of human resources, particularly the administrators and supervisors of the Merah Putih Urban Village Cooperative."Cooperative administrators must understand cooperative governance and management. Therefore, a technical guidance for competency improvement will be held by the BLK Ministry of Manpower in Bekasi," said the Head of the Depok City Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises Office Mohamad Thamrin in Depok on Sunday.Thamrin urged the public to support the KKMP, which will be launched online with the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, on July 19, 2025.In addition to offering lower prices, the cooperative also serves as a marketing platform for local MSME products in their respective areas."We hope that the public will know and feel a sense of ownership of the cooperatives in Mampang and Sukamaju. The products sold will also come from local MSMEs, so that the local economy can further develop," he said.He said that his party had reviewed two KKMP locations that would be the launch points with the President of the Republic of Indonesia, Prabowo Subianto, online on July 19, 2025.The locations reviewed were in Mampang Village, Pancoran Mas District (Panmas) and Sukamaju Village, Cilodong District. This launch will be carried out nationally with President Prabowo leading from Klaten, Central Java, while Depok City will be one of the launch points for the KKMP mockup representing West Java Province."Alhamdulillah, the point is that these two KKMPs, both in Mampang and Sukamaju, are all ready in terms of location. We also see the nuances of the Red and White Flag already dominating the location," said Thamrin. He also mentioned that several agencies and state-owned enterprises (BUMN) have supported the existence of this KKMP."The outlets from PT Pos Indonesia, Bank Mandiri, Bulog, IDFood and Kimia Farma are all ready. We just have to wait for the big day, we hope all the products and business outlets will be running optimally," he said. The choice of these two locations was not without reason. Thamrin stated that coordination with the cooperative management, village heads, and sub-district heads in both regions had been excellent, facilitating technical and administrative preparations."These two locations were deemed suitable for the mockup launch, both in terms of site readiness and support from the management and local government," he said.
