Indonesian national 3x3 team manager John Nawawi said that following the men's national team selection, eight selected players participated in trials at a number of international tournaments organized by the International Basketball Federation.
He said the national selection was conducted for 2 days from Tuesday to Thursday this week.
After that, the Central Executive Board of the All-Indonesia Basketball Association (DPP Perbasi) through the National Team Body (BTN), will send selected players for a test of their abilities.
"We will prepare for trials, such as sending a selected squad to the FIBA 3x3 Challenger in Manila and also in Taiwan," John said when contacted.
According to him, the eight players will be divided into two teams, each consisting of four people.
