Pool A standings: Indonesia finished fifth, Argentina top

The Indonesian U-21 women's national volleyball team finished fifth in the Group A standings of the 2025 Women's U-21 World Volleyball Championship.

This certainty was obtained after Indonesia was defeated by the Argentine U-21 national team in three straight sets 0-3 (23-25, 18-25, 22-25) in the fifth match of Pool A of the 2025 Women's U-21 World Volleyball Championship at the Jawa Pos Arena, Surabaya, East Java, Tuesday night.

This result puts Junaida Santi and her friends in fifth place in the standings, securing five points from the five matches they played.

This result of course means that Indonesia failed to advance to the top eight play-off round.

Later, Indonesia will undergo a number of matches to compete for the 17th to 24th ranking in the world.

Meanwhile, the victory over Indonesia put Argentina at the top of the standings with a total of 15 points from five matches.

This result also means Argentina secured a ticket to the next round.
