The Indonesian U-21 national team lost in three straight sets to Argentina

The Indonesian U-21 women's national volleyball team lost 0-3 (23-25, 18-25, 22-25) to Argentina in the fifth match of Pool A of the 2025 Women's U-21 World Volleyball Championship at the Jawa Pos Arena, Surabaya, East Java, Tuesday evening WIB.

This defeat dashed Srikandi Muda's hopes of qualifying for the last 16 after failing to overtake fourth-placed Puerto Rico.

Indonesia remains in fifth place with five points from one win and four losses. The Red and Whites trail Puerto Rico in the head-to-head record, which also has five points.

Argentina tops Group A after sweeping all five matches to collect 15 points.

In the first set, Indonesia continued to try to play Argentina's open game.

The two teams traded points. Srikandi Muda turned things around by scoring three consecutive points to make it 19-16.
