Mexicali, December 7.- Cristian Alexis “N” or Eduardo René “N” alias “El Plaga”, one of those who perpetrated an attack on state police officers, was linked to proceedings for the crime of attempted aggravated homicide.
At a hearing before the state judiciary, the Public Prosecutor's Office secured the prosecution and a two-month deadline to complete the investigation.
The judge considered that it is likely that the attack on the police officers was ordered by the accused.
The member of the "Los Rusos" criminal group, who boasted about his illicit activities on social media, was arrested on November 19 by agents of the State Citizen Security Force (FESC) after a confrontation in which one of "El Plaga's" companions died.
It was when the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) managed to execute an arrest warrant for the shootout.
