Ensenada, November 16.- Starting this Wednesday, November 17, the process to obtain a driver's license in Ensenada will be done through an appointment that must be requested online , through the State Government portal.
The head of the Ensenada State Revenue Collection Department, Rebeca Mungaray Lagarda, emphasized that this measure aims to facilitate all procedures for taxpayers and provide consistent and orderly service to those applying for their driver's licenses.
The official stated that the public information center will remain open at the State Government Center in Ensenada to address questions and provide necessary advice.
"Online appointments for license processing will be honored to prevent applicants from wasting their time," Mungaray Lagarda reiterated.
This benefit will apply 100 percent as long as the total outstanding tax obligations are paid in a single installment by December 31 of this year.
The waiver will cover 50 percent of the surcharges incurred and 100 percent of the fines, only when the taxpayer makes payments on time, provided the payment does not exceed six months and an initial payment of at least a quarter is made no later than December 31 of this year.
