Where are our children?" shouted Tijuana protesters during a march for the missing.

Tijuana, May 6.—With shouts of protest, signs with slogans, and banners with images of their missing loved ones, search groups and family members marched this Saturday in Tijuana to demand results from the authorities in the investigations.

Hundreds of citizens, including children, adults, and even people with disabilities, marched from the Calimax in Zona Río to the State Attorney General's Office (FGE), where they shouted phrases such as "Carpio out," "all lives have value," "they took them alive, we want them back alive," and others.

“We are desperate. They have our children being held captive, and we can't find them. We have been searching for our son for eight months. We have searched under every rock, in different places in the state, and we haven't found them. All of them are clandestine graves; we haven't found anything. We want them to search the detention centers,” said the mother of Fredy Álvarez, who disappeared in San Felipe on August 21, 2022.
