The Indonesian Athletics Association (PB PASI) has confirmed that athletes' preparations for international events will proceed optimally, supported by the federation's current strong financial situation.
"From a financial perspective, PASI is currently very healthy because we receive enormous support from sponsors and also from the Ministry of Youth and Sports," said PB PASI Secretary General Tigor Tanjung to the media crew at the opening ceremony of the 2025 LPS National Athletics Championship and the 2025 Indonesia U-18 Open Championship at Sriwedari Stadium, Solo, Saturday.
He stated that this was related to PB PASI's readiness in preparing athletes to compete and achieve success in international events such as the SEA Games and subsequently the Asian Games and the Olympics.
