Tijuana, December 30. On December 31 and January 1, the City Hall will remain closed, and security guards will be on duty only at essential operating facilities, announced Municipal Chief José Luis Villasana Beltrán in a press release.
Due to the end-of-year festivities, both days are non-working days for municipal staff, the official announced in an official document.
The document was delivered to all secretariats, directorates, and delegations, and the public service areas in the administrative offices of the Municipal Palace and the municipal and parastatal agencies will remain closed, he indicated.
Regarding the essential operational agencies that will maintain guards, he listed the Municipal Secretariat of Security and Citizen Protection (SSPCM), the Fire Department, Civil Protection, and the Municipal Public Services Department (DSPM) to address any potential emergencies.
Businesses will resume normal operations on Thursday, January 2, 2025, to serve the general public during regular business hours.
