Turkish giants Besiktas have expressed serious interest in signing Manchester United winger Jadon Sancho in this summer's transfer window.
Club president Serdal Adali revealed that Besiktas has the budget to sign the 25-year-old, who is currently on Manchester United's transfer list.
In a statement to Turkiye Today on Wednesday, Adali expressed his enthusiasm, which is in line with the wishes of Besiktas fans, who have flooded Sancho's social media with invitations to join.
"Just as the fans want it, so do I. The most important thing is the player's desire to come to Turkey. We have the budget and will do our best to bring him here," he said.
However, Adali also acknowledged the challenges of signing Sancho, who typically prefers Champions League clubs.
