Tijuana, October 30. To locate Hilda Teresa Padilla Cox and Nora Ariday Pacheco Becerra, who have been missing since 2020, the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) conducted a search of a home located in the Fidel Velázquez neighborhood of Tijuana.
Padilla Cox, 25 years old at the time of her disappearance, and Pacheco Becerra, 23 years old, are a couple who were last seen on August 24, 2022, at 1:00 a.m., when they both left the apartment complex where they lived.
According to relatives, Nora Ariday was apparently the only one who had her cell phone with her, which was still ringing on August 25, although it later stopped ringing.
According to the prosecutor's office, a search was conducted last Tuesday, October 24, at a house located on Salvador Martínez Street in the Fidel Velázquez neighborhood, following information obtained during the investigation into the case.
At the end of this raid, no positive results were obtained; however, the investigation will continue using georadar once the information gathered has been analyzed.
