The Horas Rakyat Festival, initiated by the Toba Regency Government, North Sumatra, enlivened the 2025 F1 Powerboat World Championship on Lake Toba.
Based on monitoring, the Horas Rakyat Party Stage at Sisingamangaraja Field, which is not far from the racing arena, has been filled with people from Toba Regency and the surrounding area.
They crowded the event location since 15.00 WIB when Toba Regent Effendy Napitupulu opened the event.
"This activity is to enliven the 2025 F1 Powerboat in Toba," said Effendy when opening the Horas Rakyat Festival.
