The Ministry of Health and Environment of the Houthi government (not internationally recognized) said in a statement that "ten citizens were killed and 92 others were injured, including seven children and three women, as a result of the Zionist aggression on the oil company's station on 60th Street and the Haiz power station, south of the capital, Sanaa." The statement did not provide further details.
Earlier on Monday, the group announced that the death toll had risen to six, with 86 injured. This came after it announced on Sunday evening that four people had been killed and 67 injured in the same raids.
The Houthi-affiliated Al Masirah TV reported that Israeli airstrikes targeted the oil company's station on 60th Street in central Sanaa and the Haiz power station to the south.
Meanwhile, the Israeli occupation army said in a statement that "warplanes raided military infrastructure in Sanaa, including a military complex housing the presidential palace and the Haziz and Asar power stations, in addition to a fuel storage site that was used for Houthi military activities," according to its claim.
The Israeli attacks came shortly after the results of an Israeli military investigation were revealed, concluding that "the Houthis launched a missile carrying a fissionable warhead for the first time at central Israel last Friday," which failed to be intercepted, according to Hebrew media.
