In this regard, the initialist proposes the creation of a Special Commission, composed of at least 5 deputies from different political parties, who will prepare the draft call, with the opinion of the Citizen Participation Committee of the State Anti-Corruption System , so that it can be approved by a majority of the Plenary, for the respective dissemination.
Among other considerations, it is proposed that the Commission, with the assistance of research and educational institutions, conduct curriculum and aptitude assessments, as well as a theoretical and practical examination of legal knowledge. The results of these assessments must be shared with the Citizen Participation Committee for its opinion.
