Samsung Electronics Co. said that its latest Galaxy Watch 8 aims to help users live a healthier lifestyle through various features, including sleep management and antioxidant level tracking.
Samsung Electronics Vice President Choi Jong-min made the remarks at a briefing in Seoul, South Korea, introducing the health features of the company's latest smartwatch launched at Galaxy Unpacked 2025 in July.
"While the existing healthcare system focuses on treatment, Samsung is striving to emphasize the preventive aspect," Choi said, as reported by Yonhap, Thursday (7/8).
"Galaxy Watch will monitor (users') health conditions and provide insights, integrated into their daily lives," he added.
