Samsung Electronics Co. on Wednesday announced plans to showcase features related to immersive gaming experiences on its latest 3D monitors and foldable smartphones at the Gamescom 2025 convention in Germany later this month.
The South Korean tech company will present its "One Samsung" gaming experience spanning mobile , PC and console platforms at the five-day Gamescom 2025 event starting Aug. 20 in Cologne, Germany, according to a Yonhap broadcast on Wednesday.
Samsung will operate an exhibition space near the main Gamescom venue, where it will showcase Netmarble Corp.'s role-playing game "Mongil: Star Dive" on its glasses-free 3D gaming monitor, the Odyssey 3D.
The game, which is scheduled for an official release in late 2025, will also be shown on the Galaxy Z Fold 7 smartphone.
According to the company, "This device features the slimmest and lightest design in the Galaxy Fold line, offering superior portability and comfortable controls for gaming."
Samsung also announced the company's plans to hold a mobile game tournament on the sidelines of Gamescom 2025.
