Tijuana, June 5. The mother of two students at the “Aquí Empieza la Patria” Kindergarten reported that the school's custodian sexually abused her daughters and that school authorities are refusing to address the case because she filed a formal complaint without consulting them.
The mother said she feels powerless in the face of the attitude taken by the school's director and officials from the Education System, since, after reporting the case, several mothers claim their sons have symptoms similar to those of their daughters.
He said the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) filed a complaint with Unique Case Number 0204-2024-24066 against the mayor, who allegedly abused one of his daughters on the afternoon of May 28, the date on which the girl began behaving differently than usual.
The woman reported that since she informed Principal Norma Alicia Inzunza about the situation, the school silenced the WhatsApp groups to prevent communication between parents. Instead of helping her, she feels like she's being blamed for something.
The mother said she feels powerless because the administrators of the kindergarten, located on Caranday Street in the Urbi Quinta del Cedro neighborhood, blame her for failing to implement the school safety protocol because she had already filed a complaint and claims that the alleged perpetrator was warned by the principal herself to leave the school.
