The Superstar Knockout King of The Ring event will feature 10 boxing matches ranging from amateur, professional, and influencer classes, one of which will feature celebrities El Rumi and Jefri Nichol.
"This Superstar Knockout will feature a total of 10 matches, ranging from amateur to professional to influencer. There will also be fights for the ICB National Championship and the WBA South Asia Super Featherweight belt," said Sens Entertainment CEO Sultan Sapta at a press conference in Jakarta on Friday.
The fight for the ICB National Championship belt will bring together El Rumi and Jefri Nichol, while the fight for the WBA South Asia Super Featherweight belt will be played by Ruben Manakane and Sujaritchon Surampai.
Ruben is an experienced boxer who has been around the Asian ring since his professional debut in 2011. Meanwhile, Surampai is a young boxer from Thailand with an impressive record of 8 wins and only 1 loss, seven of which were achieved via knockout.
In addition, professional boxer Maikhel Muskita, a gold medalist at the 2021 Vietnam SEA Games, will also participate in this event against Thai boxer Meka Papasan.
Maikhel admitted that he would use this match as preparation for the 2025 Thailand SEA Games.
