In commemorating the 80th Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, Telkomsel affirmed its commitment to advancing the nation through the internal theme "Ignite the Spirit of Indonesia," which reflects the company's role as a driver of an inclusive and sustainable national digital ecosystem.
Telkomsel's President Director, Nugroho, said that the spirit of independence is an inspiration and a reminder for Telkomsel to continue contributing to the advancement of the nation.
"Through the theme 'Ignite the Spirit of Indonesia', we are committed to being a digital enabler that creates a highly competitive Indonesian society to create a bright future," Nugroho said in an official statement.
Telkomsel's commitment to connecting Indonesians over the past three decades has been consistently demonstrated. This is evident in its massive network expansion, which has reached over 280,000 base transceiver stations (BTS), reaching 97 percent of the population.
The company has also served 158.4 million mobile customers and 10 million IndiHome-B2C customers, as well as presenting product innovations such as SIMPATI which has evolved to provide a variety of digital benefits for customers, Telkomsel Halo, IndiHome and Telkomsel One.
