Tijuana, June 15.- High temperatures will be recorded in Baja California this weekend and into Monday, so Civil Protection is urging the public to take the necessary precautions.
In the coastal zone, temperatures will reach 30 degrees Celsius, but with cool mornings and nights. In Mexicali and its surrounding valley, the temperature could exceed 45 degrees Celsius, according to the National Meteorological Service (SMN).
“Take care of the heat! Stay hydrated, seek shade, and protect yourself from the sun by using sunscreen and appropriate clothing,” recommended Baja California Civil Protection.
