Ensenada, February 26. In an extraordinary session of the City Council, a collaboration agreement between the three levels of government was approved by majority vote to launch the Housing for Well-being program in Ensenada .
Mayor Claudia Agatón Muñiz stated that the purpose of this agreement is to provide administrative facilities and tax benefits for the procedures and construction processes for this program.
He recalled that a few weeks ago, President Claudia Sheinbaum announced that Baja California is one of the 25 states that will benefit from this program, which aims to build more than 52,000 homes nationwide in the first quarter of the year.
On the other hand, at this session, held on the afternoon of Tuesday, February 25, it was approved to instruct the chief officer to carry out the necessary steps to establish the Municipal Public Administration's Preventive Committee for Sexual Harassment.
