Mexicali, September 30. This week, the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) will determine how to proceed with the investigation into the sexual abuse alleged to have occurred at the Graciano Viniegra Kindergarten.
This was reported by the head of the FGE , María Elena Andrade Ramírez, who said that it has been a complicated investigation due to the minor's age.
He acknowledged that the crime being pursued is sexual abuse and so far there is one suspect.
"We have made all the psychological recommendations for the minor and provided step-by-step treatment based on her sensitivity and rights," he said.
Eliseo “N” , who is an administrative employee at the kindergarten, has still not returned to work, despite the fact that there has been no formal charge against him.
Andrade Ramírez did not rule out the possibility of more people being involved , although he declined to provide details of the investigation.
