The Indonesian men's U-21 national volleyball team finished 19th in the 2025 Men's U-21 Volleyball World Championship held in China starting.
Quoting the International Volleyball Federation (FIVB) page in Jakarta, Sunday, Indonesia defeated Thailand 3-1 (23-25, 13-25, 25-20, 27-29) in the match for 19th place, on Saturday WIB.
This result means Indonesia has achieved a total of three wins in the 2025 Men's U-21 Volleyball World Championship.
Before defeating Thailand, the Garuda squad defeated Tunisia 3-1 (25-22, 21-25, 18-25, 19-25) in the group phase and defeated Puerto Rico 3-0 (25-20, 25-23, 25-15) in the match for 17th to 24th place.
When facing Thailand, Indonesia appeared impressive from the first minute.
Despite facing stiff resistance from Thailand, Indonesia closed the first set with a score of 25-23.
