The Indonesian U-21 women's national volleyball team is targeting a place in the round of 16 of the 2025 U-21 Women's Volleyball World Championship, which will be held in Surabaya from August 7-17.
Team manager Loudry Maspaitela said the target was realistic considering the level of competition they face is on a global scale.
"The Chairman isn't setting ambitious targets. If possible, we shouldn't finish bottom, and if we make it to the round of 16, that would be considered a pretty good achievement," Loudry said while accompanying the team during training at the Jawa Pos Arena in Surabaya.
