The occupation continues its aggression on the village of Al-Mughayyir for the third day, uprooting hundreds of trees and storming several areas in the West Bank.

The Palestinian News Agency (WAFA) reported that the occupation authorities issued a military order on Friday to uproot hundreds of trees from the lands of the village of Al-Mughayyir, northeast of Ramallah, under security pretexts.

The decision states that the uprooting of trees from three areas of Al-Mughayyir land, estimated at 297 dunams, was carried out "for purely military and urgent purposes, and in order to defend people's lives."

Al-Mughayyir Mayor Amin Abu Aliya told Anadolu Agency that the occupation forces had dispatched forces to the town, raided Palestinian homes, ransacked their contents, looted money and jewelry, and arrested at least seven people.

He added that forces imposed a strict curfew inside the town, detained a Red Crescent Society medical team, and confiscated the key to an ambulance that was on its way to transport a woman in labor.

The Wall and Settlement Resistance Commission announced that the occupation authorities had issued a military order to remove trees from an area estimated at 297 dunams of land in Al-Mughayyir, claiming "security reasons" related to the settlement road known as Allon Road.

The Authority explained that this decision falls within a systematic policy of uprooting trees and confiscating land for settlement projects.
