Tijuana, October 25.- In less than 24 hours, ten people were murdered in Tijuana, reported the State Investigation Agency (AEI).
With these events, the total murders in 2022 have risen to 1,627, while 148 have been recorded this month.
Part of the violent incident began on the morning of October 24 with the murder of a young man inside Alameda Square. According to witnesses, the shots were fired near the Cervecería 22 store.
Later, the death of a man was reported at Social Security Clinic 20, who was admitted with a gunshot wound. In this case, no details were given about the location of the attack.
On the morning of October 24, Red Cross personnel reported the death of a man identified as Cristóbal, 30 years old, who was taken to the hospital by his relatives after being shot.
In the afternoon, the body of a man with signs of violence was found on a country road near Pontevedra and the 2000 corridor. At the same time, human remains were found on the main avenue in the Castillo neighborhood.
Three executions were reported that evening: one in the Libertad neighborhood, another in Jardines del Rubí, and one more in the La Gloria neighborhood.
