Tijuana, July 15 – Mayor-elect Ismael Burgueño, committed to the city's development and well-being, emphasized that Tijuana will be a model of art and culture, creating spaces that foster rehabilitation and community building.
During the "2024 Border Art and Culture Gathering," Burgueño Ruiz emphasized that his goal is to create permanent activities in the city, where residents can enjoy recreational and cultural spaces in all neighborhoods.
The mayor-elect pledged to ensure the balanced emotional development of young people, emphasizing that human beings respond to their emotions. "We are going to reduce criminal activity and create a balanced society," he asserted.
Burgueño emphasized that he has already secured the rehabilitation of 50 parks in the city at no additional cost thanks to the support of entrepreneurs who have joined his project. "Better times are coming for Tijuana," he emphasized.
