Houston . Mexican Ramón Urías beat Jackson Holliday's throw to first, allowing Carlos Correa to score from third base, and the Houston Astros beat the Baltimore Orioles 5-4 in 12 innings on Saturday.

The tricolor helped the American League West-leading Astros achieve their sixth walk-off victory of the season. A night earlier, Urías had thwarted a perfect game attempt in the eighth inning against his former team. Houston extended its division lead to a game and a half.

With the bases loaded and one out, Urías hit a grounder to third base, but instead of throwing home for the second out, Jordan Westburg attempted a double play.

Dominican Enyel De Los Santos kept the automatic runner stranded and the Orioles were unable to score in the 11th and 12th innings.

Jason Alexander allowed two runs on three hits in six innings without issuing a walk. He matched his career high with six strikeouts. He also left the game with the Astros up 3-2. Bryan King allowed a single leading off the seventh inning, but he worked it out.

In the bottom half, Venezuelan José Altuve made it 4-2 with his 22nd home run of the season. Holliday tied it in the eighth with a two-run homer off Bennett Sousa.

Baltimore's Cade Povich allowed three runs on five hits in five innings, matching his career high with ten strikeouts.

Elsewhere, Ben Rice homered and matched his career high with seven RBIs, Aaron Judge also went deep in his first multi-hit game since the All-Star break, and the New York Yankees beat the St. Louis Cardinals 12-8.
