Tijuana, February 23.- A woman was killed after being shot in the head at a home on Presa San Miguel Street in the La Presa neighborhood. Municipal police arrested a person suspected of being responsible for the homicide.
The events occurred in the final minutes of February 22, when witnesses at the scene requested assistance from municipal police officers on patrol, who responded to a call for help regarding a woman with a gunshot wound.
Red Cross personnel also arrived at the scene and, upon examining the victim, confirmed that he no longer had vital signs. Police officers then cordoned off the area, which was guarded by National Guard personnel.
Municipal police obtained information from those present at the scene, and considering that two people were responsible, they began a search operation. They managed to arrest a subject matching the description a few meters away.
