Ensenada, April 14. Approximately 60 tons of household and backyard waste were removed from an illegal landfill in Los Encinos.
Public Services Director Carolina Rivas García reported that, with the support of heavy machinery— dump trucks and a backhoe —a massive cleanup was carried out on a property located at the end of the subdivision, adjacent to the Bypass.
He urged residents to place bagged trash in the containers provided and avoid leaving waste on public roads or the ground.
If people are detected abandoning waste, they should be reported immediately to the 9-1-1 line and, in the case of dumps, report it to WhatsApp (646) 288 17 73.
