Mexicali, May 12 – Governor Marina del Pilar announced that community meetings will continue to be held in the state's neighborhoods, where various state agencies responsible for serving Baja California families will be present.
"Today we see a change, and we are creating it in Baja California. After so many years of neglect, we face many challenges, but we also have a Heart in Front, which is allowing us to reach where we are most needed," the state leader expressed.
During the most recent meeting, held at the Azteca Mayos Sports Complex in the western part of Mexicali, hundreds of people attended with direct requests for the governor and members of her team.
In this regard, he explained that during his term as head of the 23rd Mexicali City Council, the historic demand to rehabilitate Oaxaca Avenue was addressed, benefiting thousands of residents of nearby neighborhoods seeking access to their homes and their schools and workplaces.
