Tijuana, February 22.- Óscar “N” was charged with aggravated forced disappearance and child abuse against 15-year-old Jennifer Camacho, the State Attorney General's Office (FGE) announced.
According to the investigation, the defendant deprived the minor of her liberty on January 29, 2025, taking her from Tijuana to Puebla, where he kept her hidden for 14 days, but was arrested on February 12 along with the victim.
In addition, it was revealed that Óscar "N" took advantage of the minor's family's trust to "be intimate" with her on two previous occasions: on October 6, 2024, in a hotel room located on Gustavo Díaz Ordaz Boulevard in Tijuana, and later in a house in Teziutlán, Puebla.
On February 19, 2025, a judge ruled to bind Óscar "N" to trial and ordered pretrial detention pending a six-month investigation.
